Helpdesk Analyst

A large financial company located in the Dallas area is currently seeking a strong Help Desk Analyst.  This person will be on call 24x7 and will be supporting XP, Active Directory, Veritas, Exchange, and must have experience using Aspect in a call center environment.  Must have good communication skills and have the ability to lead a team.  Each candidate will be required to take a credit check and background check because it is working for a credit institution.  All of the skills listed above are a must!  Individuals who do not have the skills above will not be considered for the position.
