Level One Help Desk Analysts

Stopka and Associates is currently staffing 3-5 openings for Level One Helpdesk Analysts at a major pharmaceutical firm.

Required Skills:

  • CANDIDATES MUST COME OUT OF A 100% call center environment from a global compnay supporting 3000+ users.
  • 1 Year Experience Required
  • MUST BE STRONG WITH OUTLOOK 2000 and 2002
  • MUST BE STRONG WITH OFFICE 2000
  • Experience with Word, Excel, and Powerpoint

Description:
Rspond to 50+ calls a day, while using good judgement for escallation instances.  involoves basic troubleshooting (Passowrd login issues, network connectivity, and printing problems).
