1. Has extensive experience in developing and implementing test plans, test suites, and test cases for both function and system level tests.
2. Has extensive experience working on multiple platforms and operating systems, including scripting and operating system configuration.
3. Has experience working on multiple web and application servers, including installation and configuration.
4. Has experience with multiple programming languages with C++ and Java preferred.
5. Identifies issues through statistical analysis of data gathered through the quality assurance process.
6. Mentors and advises all levels of quality assurance staff, promotes positive teamwork throughout the organization.
7. Oversees test suite and test case development as well as automation design to assure adherence to best practices.
8. Engages in hands-on quality assurance activities as needed.
9. Assists with technical activities in new business development as required.
10. Effectively presents information and participates in group discussions and meetings.

• Masters Degree or BS degree in Engineering or Computer Science plus 5 years
  experience in related technical position.
• Typically, 5 years Q/A experience, including test plan development and execution. Advanced knowledge of Unix, NT, and/or OS390.
• Knows client server and GUI concepts.
• Has experience scripting in one or more automation languages.
