Required Skills: Rational Suite Enterprise ( Manual Test/Rational Robot/Test Manager/Web Server Performance Testing tool), experience with Clearcase, full software testing cycle experience.

Description:

- Experience with Rational Suite Enterprise

- Must be able to demonstrate that he/she has successfully lead and managed a software testing cycle for large scale enterprise applications (test planning, execution, reporting and validation)

- Experience in building and executing test scenarios for web based and client server applications ( building verification points for security management, error handling, and browser testing)

- Proven experience with configuration management and change management practices

- Experience with performance testing

- Experience with automation testing

- Proven experience s a consultant with strong communication and writing skills, with a proven ability to lead junior testers.
